An original piece of history, my (lovely) '93 M904, sneaking out for a cheeky snap on the Byfleet Banking @ Brooklands. The next day she looked like this And a year later... Not too bad for a near on 20 year old
Blimey, that brings back some memories. I used to work down the Blue John Cavern as a guide when I was 15 and 16. I used to have to hitch from Sheffield to Castleton every Sunday morning to get to work as there were no buses. When I turned 16 I got my first bike, a Suzuki TS50, and I changed the front sprocket to give it more top end. The problem was that I lost low end drive and I remember one really bad windy day the wind was blowing so hard down Winnats Pass that I had to get off and push the bike up the hill the whole way slipping the clutch in first gear. Happy days. The ride back down was more fun though, coming down what was left of the old Mam Tor road.
My pride and joy. 3 years and a bit old now and love her too bits. She is a keeper my partner say's. She would not let me sell her unless we were so desperate.
Ha! I saw them there on Sunday 7th October about 2.30pm, an M900 and these 2 red '58 and '10 reg? I pulled in, circled round and parked up near the end. Mentioned it on UKMOC 'Spotted' section and Chris(M900) said it was him and chums on the way back from Goodwood! I was looking at the bikes but couldn't see any owners eyeing me up!
New to me, came with all the bits on. Added some bits today and had suspension set up. Luggage, R&G fork and rear protectors. DP Clutch cover. Carbon Exhaust cover.
Loving the bike and the belly pan. A few quids worth of Rizoma fitted on it too. Much more than mine.
