Hello all, From Houston, TX. Finally picked up my V4s. Drove to Dallas to get it. AMS Ducati Dallas was the shop. 100% best people you will ever meet and deal with. Road about 12 miles so far then some lights came on. Called the dealership to bring it in. They laughed at me and said "we are sending people to you in Houston. We will be there Monday morning with every tool and machine to get you back on" now I'm sad because I'll always buy Ducati if this is the level of customer service you get lol. So basically super happy and wanted to brag about the shop a little.
