BASED ON THE ACU FORMULA 400 REGULATIONS THIS NEW CLASS TO HOTTRAX MOTORSPORT WILL PROVE TO BE A WINNER

[h=3]What is it all about? (2013)[/h]The Hottrax Motorsport Formula 400 Leightweight Championships are a series of sprint races with grid starts. The machines are based on recent or current production motorcycles and available to the public through the normal commercial channels of the constructor/manufacturer
The series is designed to allow riders to compete on 2 stroke and 4 stroke motorcycles
A Formula 400 class fills a nice gap within our Modern Classic series

[h=3]What do you get?[/h]You get 8 rounds over 1 and 2 days at some of the best circuits in the UK
You get long distance racing and 3 races per weekend together with timed practice and warm ups
Trophies for top 3 are given at each event and at the end of the year subject to entry levels.
Any treaded or wet tyres may be used
[h=3]What does it cost?[/h]Club membership is £30 online for the year
Optional Premium Membership is £130 per year and you get £15 of each test day with Hottrax
Race entries are all around £225 per round

  2. I have a CB-1 400 which would be perfick for this :upyeah: only wish I was. This is not the 'For Sale' section but it does have to go sadly.

  3. Not a hope in hell for the DD bikes in that class. 125 two strokes used to mug us in the all comers races with New era.

  4. Ok for cheap (ish) tracktime though as an extra class

  5. Don't suppose you lot could post either a link, or a cut and paste to the DD schedule, please?

  7. Surely in that class you'd be up against much lighter Aprilia and Honda RS250cc strokers as well as NC35's and the like? Would have thought that a M620 or SS620 would be up on weight and down on power against that sort of competition?

  8. Must need the dukes to make up (the back of ) the grid !
