For sale is my stunning 2014 Ducati 899 in Arctic White. When I purchased the bike it was 13 months old with 1400 miles on the clock and had 2 previous owners. It now has 10259 miles and is in excellent condition. I have looked after the bike meticulously. It has always been garaged and brought into my lounge over the winter (my friends think i'm mad!) It comes with a full Ducati service history at GT Motorcycles Plymouth. It is booked in for a service and MOT on the 7th May. All the new owner will have to do is ride it! Logbook, owners manual, 2 keys present. Yeah, I could have asked more for it. I'd like it to go to someone on the forum, as I'm sure it'll be well looked after. I'm firm on the £8k price though. The exhaust system alone was £3.5k. If I don't get any interest I'll likely list it on autotrader for slightly more in a few weeks.
Absolute bargain!! If I didn’t have one already I’d take your hand off at that price. The bikes a credit to you, looks a minter Hope you don’t regret selling it, what you replacing it with? GLWS
Cheers mate. I looked around at other bikes with similar mileage and thought it was about right. Maybe I was wrong! I've no plans to buy a replacement immediately. I would love to tour around Europe in a year or two, so something more suited to that. Cheers
If ready to sell on ebay/autotrader remove all the extra bits and sell £1000 cheaper it should sell really quickly and the bling items will fetch more if sold separately..bit of extra work but worth. Unfortunately most buyers are for the lowest price possible.
Totally agree. Will be needing big service too soon so any goodies will help it sell but not for more money IME
Hi mate, I’m the one that Carson mentioned, drop me a text or give me a call, we can sort out a deposit and I’ll collect it after the service. 07837629678.
Adrian, if this does go through, you have a very good independent ducati specialist just up the road in Colchester called Moto-v and the owners name is Glenn, top chap. http://www.moto-v.co.uk/
