Sorry, Slightly flippant statement (and have read some earlier threads on ‘bling’ vs skyhook, but since the Öhlins experience on my ST4S many moons ago I will always search out a higher end option. Once set up correctly IMHO there is nothing better. Previous to the PP was a very impressive BMW K1300s with fully adjustable suspension but it just didn’t match the ride of the ST somehow.... I’ll reserve judgement until I’ve done some miles on the PP though as I’m no expert, and it’s just my opinion!
Hi and welcome enjoy your PP I’ve just brought a 2013 PP with skyhook I tried getting a 2016 pp with Öhlins but the dealer wouldn’t budge on the price he offered on px on my speed triple so ended up buying from another dealer saving my self a few thousand ponds I have no regrets and still got to keep my speed triple
