Im 34 and from Cheshire
Currently ride a triumph tiger have had a fair few bikes mostly sport and track bikes but the tiger is what fit me and i actually enjoy general riding rather than nailing it all over the place


currently in the process of multistrada shopping

currently thinking 1200s dvt and pocket some change
or live on beans for a month and get 1260s touring

struggling to find on locally atm
but hopefully Woods Abegele sort me out,


I took out the 1260 first then a 16 PP preferred the fit of the 16 plate but the demo 1260 was in low seat position so that might have swayed it a tad? 16 plate wasnt as quick but for my ability its more than enough

the full exhaust system sounded lovely if that bike had lower miles than its 17k id of just brought it lol

I have contacted somebody called Rob i think he was ducati Manchester he has a 1260s atm but it 15500 and im more 15 max atm i have seen a few under 15 but they either dont have touring kit or are white/black.....
obviously x demo/used but im not fussed on that

in an ideally world id spend 12k or under on a 1200 dvt and live of steak not beans
but id be alot more fussy on the 1200s id want touring/exhaust low miles etc

 

i was all for buying the base model but i plan too keep 4 years and dont want to regret my purchase..which prompted the s model

 

Have a few multis short listed now

Can get a good deal on a base model 1260 but resale looks awful on them which is a worry ....if anyone can weigh in on this it's appreciated. Guys selling one on eBay now and cannot get 11k ..I have no ideal if that's normal for a new bike to loose 3k straight off.

My next is a pikes peak probably my top choice atm
