For info, any dry clutch Ducati slipper will fit. The only difference is the centre nut is larger on 1*98/MTS12** etc.
Ah, that’s great info, I did not realise. Would I be right in saying I can use my existing friction plates but change the steels to a different material? Ta. Will start a thread for my conversion to track day mode....
You can use your exiting clutch pack with some slippers (e.g. Ducati Perfomance), but not others (e.g. Sigma have bespoke plates). You could stick with a Ducati Performance slipper to be safe, if you aren't sure. The order of the plates changes in a slipper. A friction plate should be the 1st plate fitted in the stack.
I put a ‘desmo corse’ slipper in my 1098 and then hyper 1100, it was really nice when downshifting / decellerating into a roundabout. Do make sure you heed the advice and get the plates in the right order, or you’ll be stuck by the side of the road with no gears...... Steve
