Hi All, I've decided to sell my 2001 996R. It’s a very low numbered original yoke plaque model, which was sold new in the Netherlands. It’s had one previous owner. I bought it in the Netherlands a while back. I have never registered it in the UK but I have changed the headlights for UK ones in anticipation of keeping it and using it myself on the road here in the UK. There is a full 54mm Termignoni exhaust system fitted, with the correct matching ECU. The engine has genuine Ducati Performance carbon fibre belt covers. It’s not mint condition - there are some small marks in the paint here and there, but overall it looks very nice. The bike comes with the Dutch registration/export documents Bad points: Unfortunately the original owner passed away and I have none of the original paperwork, by which I mean no service documents or maintenance records. I don’t have the original 50mm system or the ECU, and I also don’t have the numbered presentation plaque or the original stand and cover. Good points: All parts are either stock OEM, or genuine Ducati upgrades. I have had the belts replaced so they are as new with 0kms. The bike fires up and runs sweet. It is just what you see… a lovely, original bike with a very nice Termignoni exhaust upgrade. Asking £20,000 There are a couple for sale currently in the UK at or around the £25k mark, so I'm trying to price mine at a realistic level given that it's not got the presentation plaque. This one? You saying raised on the right? But this one raised on the left and I am sure that’s for EU spec 996r? If so PM me your address and I will pm you mine . I can post next week
