    Happy to join. Previously rode a 999 2003 and now on a 749 2005. Looking forward to learning more about these fantastic machines.

  15. Ahh Groningen, I live near Drachten, about 30mins driving distance. My girlfriend works in Groningen tho:upyeah:
     
  16. You DO know in the Netherlands we separate almost everything? Plastic, ordinary thrash, garden disposals, paper..etc etc..:joy::joy:

  19. I'm Back!

    I still own the 999S but my search for the holy grail (749R/999R) never faided..

    A few weeks ago I got the oppurtunity to buy a brand new 2005 749R time capsule from a private collection.
    The bike only did 3 km's (2 miles) in total, so types, belts etc etc all date from 2005.

    I don't know yet if I am going to fully service the bike and ride it or keep it the way it is and put it in my living room...
