Outside the house after a run to Troon - for fish n chips at “The Wee Hurrie” down at the harbour next to the fishing boats
It’s the best bike I’ve ever had by a long shot. Wouldn’t be hard because I had my last bike (Z750S) from new for 15 years so technology has moved on a lot, but for comfort, handling, power etc it must be difficult to beat. It’s also very different to ride to the mostly inline 4’s I’ve had up to now, but not my first V-twin. I had a Honda VT250 in 1984 in black with a red frame. Stood out.... Was an unlucky bike for me though, and got knocked of it twice, second time written off. I didn’t test ride anything else to compare, I’d always wanted a Ducati, liked the “do it all’ nature of the Multi, so the time came and I’ve got no regrets !
