  3. That depends on the grade of aluminium used. 6082 goes black with hard anodising.

  7. First off parts are on the CNC as I type this.
    I think initially I will get them done in black and natural finish

  10. Ok, guys.... once I have got the first set off and work out a price I will have to take deposits of people as I have had too many projects where people say they want something, then I spend a lot of time and money making them and they end up sat in my stock room forever.
    I hope this sounds reasonable. I'll only be asking the cost to get them made, materials, anodise etc so I'm not left out of pocket.

    I'll probably be looking to make a batch of around 30 of these, by the way, it's looking from the interest shown.

  12. I am okay with deposit as well, only thing is that i would like to know the final price at the time i send the deposit. Hope that this request is reasonable. :)

  13. I will work out the price once this first set is off the CNC so we know the run times and tools we will use to make a good job of them... anyone knows what this plate is?

  14. Currently 19 “firm” and two “depends on price”.

    Totally in agreement with Jamie - deposit required to be on the final list!

  15. Those are for the grey cast swing arm (inferior) model so aren’t required for black fabricated swing arm.

  17. I guess that should be the plate to keep the chain adjuster on it's place. (1 screw locking the adjuster on the front side and 2 screws + this plate locking the adjuster on the back side)

    Could these be made, to include those with the older arm?

  19. Grey arm adjusters are different dimensions. I believe Jamie would need a set to get the dimensions from.
