Is that the video on how to escape cable ties on the wrists? Regarding the cable tie method, does that work on 180+ tyres or just the 120s and smaller?
Large able ties to remove once the bead is broken, gafa tape for re assembly so you don't nick the tyre - easy peasy This went on in under a minute once taped:
