I got a nice iMac, I tried loading the software from the Ducati analyser cd, but it won't have it, I assume that it's ment for windows or what ever. so is there any software convertr etc that I use use on me iMac to make it work? worth bearing in mind I'm crap with computers..... Took me half an hour how to figure out how to turn it off when I first got it
Just had a quick look at their website DDA Web Support: Home page, and no mention is made of mac only windows. Maybe contact them direct.
Just had a look at that as I only have a macs now and I have a DDA. Register with the site and go to downloads, at the bottom of the list is the software for macs
There are 3 choices. Use Boot camp on the Mac and run natively windows xp 7 8 etc Use a virtual pc on your mac. Like VWMWARE. Probably your best bet. Get a cheap laptop and run it from there!!
crossover might not work with the software, before you go spending money, download trial VMWare or parallels desktop just to make sure a virtual machine will allow you to share the ports in the correct manner. Failing that as Phantom says, bootcamp - that's what I do for particular programs which I can't run in a VM environment.
