  8. Hmm. Ferry to Spain - through the notoriously stormy Bay of Biscay.

    There's every chance you'll sink.

    Fingers crossed!

  9. harsh but we want some photos.. :p

  10. Well you might not like the french but theres nothing like the way they treat motorcycle riders on the roads, never had so much fun riding as i have in france, massive vans mounting grass verges just to give you the extra space to over take :upyeah:also barely anyone on their roads in comparison to here. Will definately be making the trip down for the Le Mans GP many more times to come :D

  11. Hope you missed all that European rain...

  12. No you don't

  13. Well for you it is either over or coming to an end so I hope it went well. Just to let you know I'm off on the 7th to tour Spain, Plymouth/Santander/Plymouth. Won't be back until the 26th!! I tried to book that coastal ferry from northern France to Gijon last year but it was last minute and they wanted a fortune so it was cheaper to ride back to Calais. Should have booked in advance when we first looked at it. I'd be interested to know what the trip was like. Happy days!

  14. Couldn't agree more. They are in rip-off mode and have been for the past couple of years. I'm now either using the route to Santander from Plymouth/Portsmouth or Hull to Rotterdam just so I don't have to ride through France and pay their ridiculous prices. I hope the Spanish haven't adopted the same attitude this year!!
