Engine Dying/stalling 2010 848 Evo

  2. I’d say it’s fucked and the fluflux valve is gone. Give ya 500 quid cash for it and collect tomorrow afternoon if you like :p:p:motorcycleduc:

  3. Actually its more likely to be the monkey fondling reciprocating lubricating valve so i have to decline your otherwise impressive offer lolol

Jeebus , id had enough of it after 10 miles on the A45 let alone a round trip of that length , it does tend to focus the mind lolol especially if it decides to do it mid corner , really hope the dealer sorts it out , they said on the phone today that theyd had a run of bikes back lately with water/fuel contamination issues , if its that simple ill be amazed but overjoyed ,awesome offer too btw , if needed ill gratefully take you up on that with suitable remuneration obvously.

    Was it a blown voltage regulator/rectifier by chance?
     
  6. Yea , thanks for asking ..... It was a blocked fuel filter , changed it and she started straight up and ran sweet as a nut , done my first trackday at Mallory since and she was faultless.
