Interesting that he can’t own his own creations without revealing his true identity. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-54189113
Probably although I’m no legal expert it’ll be on account that should he decide for instance sprinkle some of his artwork on your garage door bladders it could well add even more value. Would you be likely to have him prosecuted, paint it out or more likely auction it off and pocket the proceeds?
If he comes round here with his rattle cans an defaces my garage (err, shed) door, I'm gonna say 'Oi, Banksy, NO!' I respect your desire to brighten up 'low rent estates' with your cheeky art, but my garage (err, shed) door is not up for cheering up whatever reason you have, and no other fekkers gonna see it - even on Google bastard maps, so you can sling your rattle cans and hook of my bleedin land
If only his identity was known publicly, I’m sure plod would be right round his gaff. https://www.thenational.ae/arts-cul...ist-who-keeps-his-identity-a-secret-1.1049700
They know who he is.... if they can find some girl who posts on twitter about wanting to knock a cyclist off in central london, surely they can find a guy in a hoody who walks around with a scaffold on his back...
In his mind or in reality, I don’t think it’s more than one maybe we’ll never find out..... I doubt the police know who he is as they for sure would have given that up to the press as they usually do....
