1260 Ep Tail Tidy

  1. Is it just me, or do they look the same minus the plate holder has been remover ‍♂️

  2. Any more on this mod? Just checked bike-parts-ducati.com and found that the Enduro undertray and plate holder are only £95 thats half the price of the Evotech which i think is to short.

  3. That’s all you need. It’s a pretty simple job, about 8 bolts. Just be careful routing all the cables back the way they were.

I think Evotech products are great but the tail tidy is a bit ‘cut off’ for me. I don’t think the pictures of the enduro version do it justice. If you want me to post more, just let me know. Needless to say, I’m really happy with it.

  4. It does look like they cover a fair proportion of tail light with that Evo guard ...We are hard enough to see as it is, so I am not keen on reducing any light visibility :(

  5. I think a mod as good as this is worthy of its own thread, i only stumbled on your post by chance, also your results on the plate holder as well...:upyeah::upyeah::upyeah:

  6. Looks “factory” - nice mod.
Any chance you could post a photo taken looking at the bike from the rear??

  7. I’ll get some pictures up later today.

  8. I’m not sure these pictures are much different, but here goes.

Let me know if you want anything specific.

It’s a straightforward mod, bolt on, no changes. The tail section is 3 inches shorter. Not the biggest, but enough in my eyes.

  9. @gc6269 looks good and imo better than the Evo one, I guess it also moves the number plate away from the termi? I have the same full system and it’s melted my plate!
And love those carbon wheels :upyeah:

  10. I’m running a slightly less than legal plate. The edge goes black, but that’s it.

  11. I’m hopefully out for a ride on Wednesday so I’ll get some full shots.

  12. Do you have the full Termi, and Evotech tail tidy? I have the Evotech tidy with a smaller plate, so am now concerned that it’ll melt my plate once I get it fitted in a few weeks!

  13. Can’t see it burning a smaller plate.

  14. No Evotech tail tidy, full termi and a massive rear number plate ;)

  15. gc6269 i have a question, on our 1260 ref diagram 1, parts 15 and 6 are being replaced.
On the enduro diagram 2, they are being replaced by parts 19 6 and 3, but on your second picture down you didn't
fit part 3 which is already moulded onto our undertray or am i not seeing it in your picture?

  17. You’re right, I’m missing part 3. I’ve just been to have a look and whilst I think you can get away without fitting it, I’ll order it all the same.

  18. Glad to be of help.....I have ordered the parts also...

  19. @Alan Murphy all four hooks retained. Two on lower section and two on the enduro part.

  20. Now i am off to convince myself that spending £770 on a Akrapovic exhaust that gives very little weight saving, power or a better sound is worthy of the expense.....end can that is :worried::worried::worried: Akrapovic_E-D12E6.jpg
