  2. I did nearly 6K miles in the £1700 Sportwagon in @6 months, including two trips to the NEC from South Hampshire, several trips to see my lad in the Cotswolds, and commuted to work in it every day. I took it up to @110K miles.
It had been sitting for several months when I brought it, but I only opened the bonnet to check the Oil/water, and didn't need to fix anything in that time.

    Nasher.

  4. I hadn't realised until recently that these cars were well before Enzo's reds thanks to Brian Johnson's car programmes,so for me more exotic & desirable than Ferrari,IMO

    P.S Andrea...Perhaps a early Carl Cutchlow.;)

  5. I recommend this series to anyone wanting to learn about the great Marques and the cars they built.. Each programme was around about an hour on each eg Ferrari Maserati Jaguar Alfa etc.. Alain de Cadinet presents and he’s an ex racer so he certainly doesn’t hold back when driving each model... X

PS series called Victory by design, used to be on the speed channel..

  6. Sure, they’re around & they’re worth the hassle anyway but they are not (usually) the most reliable of cars. Guess it’s an Italian thing!
