Hi everyone, I’ve just got an underslung caliper bracket for my T9 and was wondering how much longer than standard the brake hose needs to be? Also, rather than running the stock caliper, what options have you guys who’ve converted gone for? I’ve seen the Brembo p2 on eBay for £170 but just curious on recommendations. Cheers
Here’s mine. I happened to find a bit of brake hose lying around so just chucked that on for the moment.
I bought it cheap on eBay many years ago - it is a Riders Bridgewater part. It had knackered threads on it so I repaired them with a helicoil kit. Does the job nicely.
I would just sent Dragos a short message via Facebook and just ask him about the correct length of the brake hose. He is a very nice guy and very responsive and he also offers a complete kit now: the hanger plus the brake hose.
