Before I head to Amazon and buy blind, has anyone got or used a bag vacuum sealer and has a recommendation or horror story ? Andy
I just had one of the lidl ones (silver crest) and to be honest I dont think you can go very wrong. It was important to have it that you could stop it before it fully vacs the bag for doing things like sauces and soups etc. as well as snacks and bread. Used it a lot and now dont use it very often probably a sign that I am holding things in the freezer for a much shorter time as well as the local butcher now vac packing stuff for their customers.
Bought myself a mid range fully automatic machine from Bonsenkitchen through Amazon for £40. Arrived on Wednesday and I’m pleased with the performance. Andy (@El Toro, happy for this thread to be closed now I’m sorted)
