However, we’ve delayed the 2nd dose in the belief that the first one gives ‘enough’ protection to give a greater overall benefit. We are currently vaccinating as fast as we can get vaccine, so that’s the bottleneck really - supply.

I’m still waiting on him replying to my WhatsApp message but in the meantime I searched the WhatsApp group and found his messages as follows. As you can see he definitely refers to the vaccine. If my memory serves me right the second pic was the certificate.
Yes - he mentions the phase 3 trials, so must have taken part of that before approval (like many did in the U.K.). The travel thing is odd though. I know Emirates are tracking covid test and vaccinations as part of their ‘passport’ programme but I don’t know whether anyone recognises it, or how it affects our new rules on quarantining.
It is called an AD HOMINEM attack. The perceived failings of the person becomes the focus of their argument rather than the merits of the case itself. Very old hat indeed - since way before 2020 ! Socialists love it
