Forgive me if I'm missing the complete obvious but having received an email memory jog to renew my membership, I simply cannot find the "click here" to pay the £15. Would a mod please contact me so I can send you some money! Happy New Year too..!...

Paid for premium in November, still getting adverts and no Halfords card yet. Is this for real? Anyone had similar issues?
The option to upgrade and take up the Halfords card was discontinued back in March 2020 because of cv19 and Halfords couldn’t cope because of the lockdown. You only paid for the standard £5 subscription on 12th December as you can see from your account details below. Hope that helps ps. Not sure I can find it but I can confirm I saw the Halfords benefit too, even though I joined couple days ago. Tbf not an issue for me.

Hello El T, I have been trying to renew my upgrade, only the £5.00 upgrade offered, the £15.00 upgrade does not appear to be available. Tried logging out / in on PC, Tablet and Phone, all the same, only offering the £5.00 upgrade, Rgds Ally
