Hi, does anyone know if a register of surviving 998Rs exists ? ie. bike no. 412, Frankfurt Germany ; bike no. 537, written off, bike no. 602, Bedford, etc. If not, would there be interest in establishing one ?
Maybe the factory can help. Probably when a bike is bought, contact will be made with the factory to verify its originality eng # vs frame. Anyway the list won’t be complete but maybe if they are transparent it’s a good start
