Thanks Simon, that makes it look even better. The wife would kill me even if I could find one over here.
@Dave dunlop is that your old Corse on rev comps? https://www.revcomps.com/product/2019-ducati-panigale-v4s-corse-3500/
Fair play to the Silverstone bloke as Cookster mentioned. Moto Rapido had one in week before last, don’t think it was sold? Nice. Then I read Fast Bikes ultimate sports bike test. Wow. Nicer. I want one.
I got very lucky with mine. I was finalising the streetfighter and just happened to mention to the salesman at Glasgow if he had a cancellation to let me know. Just so happened someone cancelled a few minutes before I called. Was meant to come in September but again luckily it turned up couple weeks ago. Gets delivered on 17th July and I’m due home on 16th. However Kuwait have now said no one can get back in unless fully vaccinated so will see.
If you want a hand running em in, just give me a shout,…either one, I don’t mind Yet another free selfless service I offer, …that and sarcasm !!
one of my mates put 400 miles on the streetfighter last week as his bulletproof GS broke down. I think the SP won’t do that many miles and it may well end up in the living room.
Got some pics of the bike at the dealers waiting for PDI and to install my DP extras and the STM open dry clutch
Wow! I think Ducati nailed it with this paint job. Looks gorgeous. And I thought the SP came with the STM dry clutch??
Yeah, that carbon cover does look cool. About as much use as tits on a man in a low side though. As mines a track bike, I’ll keep the comparatively agricultural looking spider open cover on.
Just missed seeing one up close at Crossgates cafe recently. An SP, yellow KR rep R1 Yamaha, and a 'Priller V4 were riding off together towards Brecon direction. There was plenty of tissues in use when we arrived! Out of my price range, but very pretty, fo' sho'.
Insurance has been a real eye opener. Currently pay 750 for the Corse the streetfighter and the R1. To swap the R1 for the SP is an extra 950.
