Purely on the spur of the moment whilst shopping in COSTCO, I bought Korean, beef short rib Kalbi with a Bulgogi sauce. Bit of a cultural oddity as Kalbi can be a word to describe a sauce, a marinade, a way to BBQ or just to describe beef short rib but hey, COSTCO are American. Anyway, heated in accordance with the instructions on the box for tea and WOW, absolutely astonishing. Not sure what peoples’ tastes are but if you enjoy mouthwatering, tender beef with the heat of ginger and the deep sweetness of Soy and brown sugar, I can highly recommend it. Andy
I'm a member of Costco, I like their home-cooked pork ribs and always pick some up when I am shopping there. This sounds interesting. Are they frozen or freshly cooked? Any idea if this is a national offering or just a local one? As I fancy popping down there as I need to go for some other items anyway.
One of those things that has been previously cooked in the bag it comes in. It’s a black box, about 5”x5”x10” and is in a chilled cabinet. I looked on the web site and it was not there so only in store. Andy
