Has anyone got one in their cupboard/garage that they no longer need please? If it looks like this one….. I don’t want it!!
Can anyone verify if a 1199 light blank will fit the 1299 please? The guy who I bought the fairings from has said my only option is to return all of the fairings with the broken/defective light blank. Of course, when I fitted them, I started from the rear and didn’t realise that the light blank was knackered, until it was too late. I really can’t be bothered to strip the bike again, and the money side is pittance and not worth wasting time over. So far I have been offered 3 units off of an 1199 but none off a 1299 (I have been offered 2 sets of 1299 fairings, which I will have to buy if I can’t find a light blank)
Cant imagine it would. Top section is totally different shape around the lights. I've got a 1299 blank available. Got a couple of marks on it but all intact. Rear blank too. Will get some pics in the next few days.
