I think the Harris ones are for a different job than you are looking for, but as you say, the first one would help with what can be a slightly tricky / risky task single handed. I have tried with a cheap mx style triangle stand on the back wheel in the past, but these would be better.
Look up p1 products on instagram, they do a peg stand for that exact reason, good quality too, They are always on sale from Ron at snetterton
