Hi, Just wondering does anyone know where I can get a longer set of bars for my 748 to manage new Brake and clutch lever whilst retaining my OEM Controls.
IIRC the Renthal ones were an inch or so longer. Just measure yours, add how much you need then look for similar diameter ones online. Can’t remember now if they were notched for the clip on brackets but easy to do anyway with a round file.
I was lucky enough to pick up some Heli Bars for my 996 (longer/higher and less acute angle) - no need to change any brake/clutch lines either. Best mod I've ever done on the bike - can ride 100 miles now in reasonable comfort

Hi Sev, Thanks for the response, Its for a 748 I want to stick RCS clutch and brake lever and have 999 Ohlins for it with Radials so looking to get an additional 10/15mm to enable me to use the original switchgear and not have to but the Ducabike stuff on it. So if I got the clip ons for an 848 or 1098 it should work??
I fitted an RCS brake master cylinder on my old SPS Bitsa - fitted fine with standard switchgear and throttle in the standard positions.
