Sorry for hijack, but I've just bought a bike with one on and it doesn't work - what issues did you have with faulty unit? Did Biketrac offer to replace?
Hi the tracker on my bike was 6 years old and would just stop working. When checking on the app it showed the bike 30 miles away. Returned to BikeTrac and they repaired it free of charge . It worked for a while but again stopped working. I think on a Panigale it gets too hot . Hope this helps you.
Hi I have just bought a 1299S which has a tracker. I have taken out a new subscription but it seems like it is faulty. I have spoken to BikeTrac and they said return it. I am about to try and locate it. Do you know where it is installed. I appreciate that this is sensitive information and not helpful being made public. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
