Just a bit of praise for optimum at York,bought a 2018 v4s from them several weeks ago which in itself was painless and easy with the service department arranging fitting of a few aftermarket parts and supplying some Akrapovič baffles as it was a tad noisy all within the purchase price,fast forward a problem occurred which they are now dealing with while I’m on holiday. Top customer service They also have a Ducati trained spannerman. So nice to be positive regarding service these days
I've used Optimum for work on my Monster 1100, can't fault the quality of work. I do most maintenance myself but like another mechanic to look at it every so often. I was recommended them by another Ducati owner.
