Hi fellow members, Im considering a hyper ‘19 950SP. Currently I have a SF 1098s but like to get a better touring and fun machine. The hyper got my attention, bit with a fuel tank of 14,5 lts how much do we get out of it? Max 100miles? cheers
Similar engine to the new Monster which has a touring range around 150 miles. Play and that will of course come down. Andy
I've got a 939SP and whilst it's got a larger tank its got to be similar. So I get @110 till the light comes on, (can be more or less by 10 each way) and then 25 miles on reserve before I get worried, so 130-140 miles generally and then I fill up and get no more than 12 litres in!..range not a big issue and at some point I'll bring a can with me and run till empty.
Same here for my 939... I get the light on around 100-110 and I know there are probably 4 litres remaining....
my light comes on like clockwork at 100 miles, ive done another 10 past that as couldnt find a petrol station but wouldnt dare take it much further!
