Anyone ordered from Kojaycat recently? They've been the go to guys for specific Ducati etc connector bodies for ages, but I've struggled with them today. I logged into my account and placed an order earlier for something showing in stock, and noticed a note to say they are no longer VAT Registered. I paid by PAYPAL and had an order confirmation, but then 15 mins later had an email saying the order had been rejected as it had not been paid for. When I checked my PAYPAL account it had been refunded. I placed the order again and paid by card, but at the end of placing the order I had a message pop up briefly that I think said the payment had failed, but it disappeared too quickly for me to read. I tried calling them but got no answer, so emailed and have not yet heard back, and checking my bank account I can't see the money has left a couple of hours after I sent it.
Very odd, hope all resolves because as you say, they are about the best place for aftermarket connectors.
Hi Nasher, I ordered from them last Monday used PayPal, received the item later in the week, no problems, yesterday I had one of those emails asking me to rate their service. Hope you get to the bottom of the issue with them.
Thanks RDP Haven't had a reply to my email yet, but will try calling again in the morning. Business must have dropped off a bit for him if his turnover is now low enough that it doesn't qualify for VAT.
@Nasher I had a quick look at their site it looks like they close at 1pm each day I wonder if that's why it rejected For all deliveries including special delivery orders they need to be placed before 12:15pm.
Thanks DB, but it was before 10.00hrs when I placed the order. Forgot to call them today, but will try tomorrow.
I'm sure those who've been reliant on Colin at Kojaycat for connectors will be pleased to hear that I had an email yesterday confirming despatch of my order.
