Enjoy the bike; but the rectifyer will need replacing, (see the very useful threads) I had mine on an Optimiser at 12.8v, which was fine for short runarounds but it let me down having travelled 150 miles to Folkestone, (at the Chunnel), at the start of what then wasn't a European trip.... I'd also get the Ducati mirror extenders, (which help, a bit) All the best
Thank you very much Sorry for my slow response, For some reason I only just received the notification today. I'll do some digging around. Cheers, Phil.
Must admit I need to get new tyres on it the side walls are lethal absolute monster though it’s so bloody fast torquey!
I've mentioned this before, but if the bike is ridden in the rain, or over-enthusiastically hosed-down at wash-time, chances are there is water in the swingarm. Good time to get it up on an ABBA stand, whip off the rear wheel and pull out the hub. I found mine had no grease on the hub inner bearing or axle at all, so it was a good time to have a clean up and give it some TLC, as well as dry-out the swingarm inside, and spray a little ACF50 in there.
