Hi again,sorry to be a pain in the arse but,I’ve put the Lic file in the folder with the exe files and still no joy.any more help would great,cheers

Hi chrisw,thanks for your help.deleted my original Jpdiag program and re downloaded a fresh bit of software.found the folder and added the lic file.works like a dream,cheers
