916 Series Shocks - Restore Or Replace

I have - I got them to service/rebuild a used Showa HM1100 shock to then fit to my HM796. They did a great job and turnaround was pretty quick.

 

Did it come back looking like new or did they just do the internals?

 

They cleaned it as part of the service but no extra re-conditioning but that's because I'd sent clean plus it didn't need much else doing.
