Hi all! would someone be so kind to measure the length of the spacer under the Monoposto seat? Not available from Ducati anymore, easy to make them on the lathe. Thanks in advance! Frank
I’m seem to remember about 20mm. I tried just the tubes first but wasn’t happy so I got these made up. They made it a lot more stable.
Is this to use with a biposto subframe? because on my mono seat with mono subframe there is no spacer.
Found this? Ducati seat unit - lock plate bushing / spacer 71311091ACorsa Italian superbikes & partshttps://www.corsasbk.com › product
The originals are quite long and on one conversion I did I had to cut one in half to make it the correct length. As above this is for the conversion to a mono seat on a biposto subframe.
I’ve used these before. M6 internal hole x 20mm long. Posted out next day first class and great finish on them. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/19339103...ar=493588595853&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Very very useful link this @Chris 748SP These exact aluminum spacers/risers in brushed finish (also discontinued by Ducati and Termignoni for this application) were the ones supplied by Termignoni for the installation of bigger diameter exhaust tubes on Ducati 996R/996RS/998S-R-RS (such as any full system exhaust measuring 54mm onwards) to space the right hand footrest plate further away from the mounting point on the frame (in order to give clearance between the back of the footrest plate and the bigger exhaust tube). From personal experience on this, the spacers/risers for this particular exhaust application measure 10mm in height / 20mm in length / M8 hole size (and will require a longer M8 than that factory fitted one to fit the footrest plates).
