  2. Now I know .... thanks for the tip !

Rumoured to be heading this way today , so I'll be keeping my eyes peeled .....

..... we've already had more than enough trouble caused by Amber Heard and Amber Rudd .

  3. She's got some warning but never says what it is. It's like a melodrama. Rebecca, perhaps. Or Gaslight. Maybe Amber Heard?

I've never seen Fanny by Gaslight. Unless the fires count.

  4. Has Bill Stickers been prosecuted yet?
How many films has Many More been in?

  6. Ha !
.....that brings back distant memories of being a dispatch rider in " that Landan " .... :)
" Free George Davis " was quite a common sight .

There wasn't that much graffiti around back then but my favourite was on a rail bridge in Wandsworth
" Women say NO to male violence " ..... which we all agree with , of course

...... but some smart-arse had written underneath it -
" Men say NO to female graffiti "

It always made me wonder how they wrote it ..... did they lean over , and spray it upside-down ?

  7. I don’t know, but my advice would be not to eat it.

Court of appeal quashes conviction over 1974 robbery

    https://www.theguardian.com/law/2011/may/24/court-of-appeal-george-davis

However, he was arrested again in September 1977 and later pleaded guilty to his involvement in an armed robbery at the Bank of Cyprus in London. He was sentenced to 15 years, reduced to 11 years on appeal.

So perhaps innocent wouldn't be an entirely accurate description of him...
