Anybody here would have a swingarm for SP4? one of the welds on mine has an airline crack. I might look for a repair but I was wondering about checking for what may be out there. Looking for one in very clean condition and with the brackets for the hugger. Please le me know if you have something thanks
Not sure of the differences between 888 models but I believe my mate has a spare 888 Strada swingarm - not sure if he is selling it but if suitable for an SP4 I could ask him?
Yes this should be the same. The later bikes (and some Monsters) had a different mount for the mudguard (flush instead of brackets). I am looking to have it repaired, but looking for a spare too.
Is is on the inside weld on the sprocket side of the arm. Should not be hard to fix for a good welder. The key is to have the same type of welds.
My mate says he may be interested to let go of his spare swinging arm. He is away at the mo but will provide some pics etc on return.
All those are flush design which is later / monster. There are a couple on eBay too but uk one not cleanest and US one expensive to ship.
They seem to be quite a weak point and the bike had some cracked crank cases. I don't see why that would result in a cracked swingarm but there you go.

My mate has taken some pics now. Very small gouge due to bike toppling over and rear set contacting swingarm.
Thank you - is the mark just superficial, or has it made a dent in the well of the swingarm? How much does he want for it? Where is he located? as well?
