I had to select the type of Scrambler for this post but it could probably apply to any Scrambler. For anyone who has messages about FUEL on the dash check the earth connection to the tank. A couple of days ago my 2015 Classic came up with FUEL on the dash accompanied with the warning triangle and a check engine light. The fuel light was also flashing on and off. I knew there was plenty fuel in the tank. About 5 miles further on it went off, no errors showing. Today I was out on it again and a few miles down the road once again the same warnings and a few miles later they disappeared again. Obviously an intermittent fault. This afternoon, suspecting something to do with the fuel tank sensor I lifted the tank and found the earth connector to the tank was falling off. It was a very loose fit on the spade attached to the tank so I squeezed it a little for a tighter fit and put the tank back. So far no errors.
