Did Suzuki ever get around to sorting the Kettle’s propensity for the middle cylinder piston seizing ? A chap on my housing estate has one in his small collection, which he infuriatingly just rides around the estate. Andy
Never been aware of middle cylinder seizures but the middle carb does have a different size main jet so under sizing could potentially cause it to seize.
My aging memory is telling me, from the launch in 1971, there was a problem with the earlier models’ middle cylinder overheating and subsequently pinching up. The larger carburettor jet may well have been the solution. Andy
