Discussion in 'Ducati Bikes For Sale' started by dingle, Jul 30, 2024.

  1. Panigale 1199R
    Excellent condition
Totally standard with exception of Evo-Tec radiator guard and tail tidy (original supplied)
    Full Termi system from new
    2 previous keepers
    10,800 miles

Registered July 2015, one of the very last 1199R models.
Never seen a race-track (as the huge chicken strips should confirm!!), never seen rain and lives in a heated, damp-free garage

Dealer service history (7 stamps in book)

Both keys, all manuals/documents in Ducati leather wallet, still has the full bodywork PPF paint protection film fitted from new.

The bike is Data-Tagged for security and has the BikeTrac GPS tracking system fitted (currently disconnected)

I have ridden less than 250 miles in the last 2 and a half years hence the sale (now in my late 50's can't see me doing many more so it may even end up as just an ornament:confused:)

    Price - £15,500
    Located Nottinghamshire

  3. That’s bloody lovely have you had much interest?
Wondering if that looming Desmo service might be on people’s minds.

  4. Thanks :upyeah:
No mate very little interest, shame as it's not often you find an unabused one like this.
Think the market is currently very slow, and do understand the service, but with nearly 4.5k to service I wouldn't have thought they're the type of bike to use every day so probably at least 2 or 3 years away would be my guess and thought I had priced it accordingly.
I've done 250 miles in almost 3 years so it clearly won't bother me for a while (16 years at this rate!) if I hang onto it, I'll be six feet under or far too old to ride it by the time I get 15k on the clock:)
Think it will end up sitting in the garage for a while longer at this rate, ah well it's a nice thing to look at:D

  5. Fair point re the service I had it in my mind it was 12k for some reason.
Have you tried ducati uk owners group on face aids? Seem to be quite a few 1199s changing hands recently.
