Purchased bike around 4 years ago. 09 reg. Bike now has all carbon fairings. Tank cover, tank side fairings, front beak, as well as fork guards, belt covers, rear tail, hugger etc. Has 18,544 on the clock. However, the engine had a total rebuild less than 2,500 miles ago along with ported heads new clutch & basket etc. work was done to a very high standard by a company called Race Engineering. The bike was then run in correctly & once this was done I took it up to BSD performance & had it mapped. I have the print out of bhp & torque figures & they’re pretty impressive for a 1100 hyper. I have the receipt for the work carried out to the tune of nearly £3,000 along with pics of the build. As you can probably see by the pics the bike has a few other goodies on, after market clutch slave, carbon heel guards, Ducati performance race seat, Termi full exhaust system.Bike has not wanted for anything during my ownership & has had regular oil & filter changes every 500 miles or less. Forgot to add. It’s running a MWR open top filter also. I’ve also got a fair bit of history from previous owner. I will really be sad to see this go, & if I had the money i would keep it, but circumstances have changed & I want to move on to a different kind of bike. Must add. Bike was a cat n. I bumped into a guy with a Hypermotard after football the other day, moaning about how awful his bike was on the motorway. He wanted to sit on my Multistrada and is now in the market for one. I must admit it was smaller than I thought and with his girlfriend on the back it looked very congested. I'm not sure he chose wisely for the type of riding he does.
