Ducati Pantah 900SS IE Engined project 1982 Build your own Super Pantah with my Ducati 600SL Pantah chassis fitted with 900SS IE engine Historic vehicle so tax mot exempt , the updated V5 shows the 904cc engine number Ducati Pantah 600SL running gear with modified swinging arm to fit on the 900 engine. It came too me as an incomplete non runner, with a pair of new PWK (Keihin) 40 mm flatside carbs , I basically roughly fitted the carbs and made up an exhaust, fitted an Ignitech Ignition unit (comes with remapping program and lap top link leads), tuned for the 900SS IE engine, new cam belts and the bike starts on the button revs runs ticks over Its not been ridden so I don't know how well the carbs are performing It is running standard pantah coils and wiring harness switches headlight etc , new 3 phase reg rectifier unit.New battery The electrics work fine, starts on the button Ideally it needs a Ducati enthusiast to restore the bike, get it running correctly (maybe fit malossi inlet stubs and Keihin/ dellorto carbs ?) and make an exhaust system to suit. Alternatively, adapt the 900SS swinging arm included and fit a standard exhaust system The engine has paint lifting from the outer cases, and looks a bit shabby, so ideally needs to come apart for vapour blasting, and checking over. Apart from the adapted original swinging arm the frame is original , with Paoli forks , original discs and calipers , the brakes work. New clutch slave cylinder fitted There's a box of spares including rear mudguard side panels air filters, brembo clutch and brake master cylinders (both need repair kits) rear indicators, number plate and new mount. and a few other bits Prefer straight sale but I might consider a Honda CB350 CL350 CL360 CL450 in partex, or swap No time wasters or tyre kickers, Genuine inquiries only No low ball offers No warranty implied or given, its a project, fetch a van or trailer Courier welcome post payment.Just £2350 .
