Hello All, First time posting looking for help with my 2014 Multistrada 1200s Touring Out on a ride today heard a 'knocking/rattle' I initially thought (or hoped?) it was the chain rubbing (maybe on the centre stand) It was quieter at higher revs I pulled over, on pulling the clutch in there was a timing belt 'chirping' Seeing there was no chance the chain was rubbing I restarted Rattle continued unless the clutch was pulled in (I'm 95% sure of that, I was quite stressed ) Changing gear there was a drop in power (it struggled to accelerate) like the power was being strangled. Came to another stop and the bike won't start again. Got my self home (via the back of a trailer) and now I'm going mad wondering what it is I did quickly remove the horizontal belt cover and there doesn't appear to be any issues with the belts (as in they're not shredded or have any damage) but obviously I've not looked at the vertical belt fully Next step will be to drop the oil and check for flakes in the filter. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance
