I recently bought a couple of bikes from the brother of a friend. Both bikes had been laid up for many years & the owner had decided that he wouldn't be using them again. The first one is a red 99 R registration ST2, it's done just over 14k miles & is one owner from new. The bike is virtually original, the only mod is the addition of an up-graded headlight bulb system. The bike comes with panniers & is excellent condition, there are a few small age related marks, but nothing that detracts from the general excellent condition. I've just gone through the bike from top to bottom, fitting many new parts, including, fuel pump, fuel pipes, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch pipe, timing belts, all filters, plugs & all fluids. The bike flew through it's MOT last week, without a single advisory. Looking for £2,950 ono. There can't be many 1 owner bikes in this condition with this miles on.
