Amazing what human beans are capable of making. It wasn't that long ago that a sharp stick and a rock was considered the best things we could produce (like in the excellent film 1 million years BC) On one of his videos he restores an old Rolex Explorer that had been damaged by seawater ingress - some rust and horrible inside but he cleaned it up. It looked like write off but he got all clean and working again.
IWC make the interior clock for the Mercedes AMG line. Although it's simple enough to look at they cost over £200 to replace.
