These have come off the Raptor and are used to fix the fairing/bodywork to it's supporting frame. As can be seen there is a captive nut held in a rubber anti vibration 'sheath & washer' that extends through the frame hole and through to the other side of the clip. The rubber in most of them has perished and allowed the nut to become separated. I'm not entirely sure that they don't come as two parts and are somehow assembled on the bike - they certainly can't be slid onto the captive hole(s) in the last picture.

Top man! Just looked 'em upon eBay and that's exactly what the are. And if the truth be known I couldn't understand how it all worked but I can now see the rubber sheath is drawn up to create the buffer as the screw is tightened... doh!
