As much as I enjoyed taking my PP on track, and it was very good, I really don't want to damage it, either on track or getting it in and out of my trailer. So decided to look for a cheap track bike, I didn't find them aesthetically pleasing, so increased the spend a little, but didn't want to spend more than £6-7k. This was on eBay and luckily only 4 miles from where I live, went and looked and obviously bought it, he had some wheels as well so bought them so I can put wets on. A brief list of the spec, almost all done by MSS Kawasaki, with receipts. Originally had a PC5, that was removed and the Woolich QS, map etc was added, dyno'd at 191 hp at the wheel. 2015 Gen ZX10r, with V5, first registered Jan 2016 Aim race dashboard with gps. Clip-on mounted buttons for adjusting TC and engine map on the move Ktech DDS cartridge kit. Ktech DDS pro rear shock MSS shock linkage Ohlins steering damper. Mss quick action throttle. Arrow titanium full exhaust system. Woolwich quickshifter. Woolwich ecu flash. Brembo rcs front brake master cylinder. Mss full engine protectors. Lightech rear sets. Spare wheels, with discs, will get wets for them. They are very red! Stickers will removed, but as the PP is numbered 1, it's quite handy this is No2, so they might stay
Really well thanks, only done a couple of days on it, I'm a farm manager so harvest now gets in the way! Had to replace a gear position sensor as it kept getting confused what gear it was in. It is quite rapid, and fairly easy to ride fast (fast for me!), less of a handful on track than the 1299s was, but less drama. I researched some of the parts on it, as I was unsure of what they were, it's obvious somebody spent a fortune on building it. I couldn't figure out the axles, but they are Fast Franks left hand thread quick release endurance racing type things, they are quite expensive, obviously wasted on my mediocre talent but look cool!
I've now decided to sell this (it's on eBay), want to get something red as it will look better next to my Pikes Peak in the shed and to do a few track days on and short ride outs, the PP will continue to do longer rides as it's so good at it! Once sold, I'm probably going to get a 916/996
That is nice, just not sure about the yellow I'll be good and not buy anything until I've sold the Kwak
