I gave up years ago and never smoked many anyway but I’m only living one day at a time now so sod it.

Yes I got a shock, £18 for a pouch of loose baccy, I think ready mades are about £15 a pack. I will stop again soon, just fancied a few at the minute that’s all.
I recall 20 Embassy No1 being £2.75 a packet when I gave up aged 27. I was up to 30+ a day by then having smoked since I was 13. I used to and possibly still do envy those who smoke only whilst out for a drink. Me I know I’d be straight back to 30 a day in no time.
Off to Birmingham shopping. Needed to buy a couple of books for my Son to swat up before his interview for a place at Cambridge should he pass interview. He’s been offered Warwick already which hopefully means Durham too. Imperial or UCL are hopefuls.
Unpacked my bags after getting home far too late to do it last night and fired the washing machine up to do a week's worth of dirty laundry. That's been about it, far too knackered and far too cold to do much else. Andy
