1260 Multistrada 1260 Rearsets

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by DarR, Jul 9, 2019.

  1. I need rearsets for a Multistrada 1260
Anyone else think the pegs are too low?
    Any idea who makes these?

  2. Good eyes.
These are one-off pieces. Not in the Risoma catalogue.

  3. Could be worth an email to them to ask?

  4. anything I can help with I just completed a new design for footpegs and would love to design some rear sets too

  5. @DarR I'm not sure you have a 1260 anymore, but I started installing the AELLA rearsets last night. Only hand tighten for now as I need to clean the area then I'll torque it all down. Here is the brake side to give an idea of height difference. The new one is on the lowest setting height wise.

So far... Night and day feel, but I've yet to put my foot on it as the forks are still out :D

  6. I still have both bikes. Can't see any reasons to change them as there's nothing out there that really interest me.
Those are really nice rear-sets btw.

  7. The quality and build is incredible, I can't wait to give them a test. I'll take some snaps and opinions once the bikes back on the road again.

  8. Update, torqued and set my rearsets over the weekend. Here are some pics... The finish on the metal is mind blowing and the quality of install and fitment is next to none. Even ducati performance parts look cheap compared.

  9. Did I tell you I really, really, really like those?
I'm saving up as I like my Pikes Peak too much to let it go.

  10. I'm really annoyed with my self, I've essentially stripped the bike down to it's skivvies so won't get the chance to actually use it until late April :( I REALLY can't wait to try these rearsets out, I never had a major issue with the OEM pegs (aside from the ridiculously shallow lean angle before peg scraping occurred), however I certainly felt cramped on longer rides and as though the pegs could be higher and more back. Hopefully these AELLA's do the trick.
